European Market Expansion Partner
We help Chinese manufacturers sell in Europe without opening an office, hiring staff or building a sales network from scratch. Sales network, EU compliance, logistics and local representation with a single point of contact.
The problem
A great product is not enough to enter Europe. You need a structure.
Most manufacturing SMEs have none of what the European market requires before the first order is even placed. We cover exactly that gap — without the company opening an office or hiring staff.
About us
We support the manufacturer from the first trade-fair meeting to a stable presence on the European market, with one operating structure and a digital platform that holds relationships, documents and orders together.

The structure
European Market Gateway is the market-expansion initiative of FocusData Consulting. Tax, contractual and administrative work is handled by an Italian company with real clients, a real office and real legal responsibility: the contract you sign carries a verifiable entity.
Why trust us
Every claim on this page can be verified against a public register, without asking us for anything. It is the least you should demand of anyone offering to represent you in Europe.
Legal entity
FocusData Consulting Srl
An Italian limited company, not a trading name
VAT number
17789591009
Verifiable on the European Commission's VIES register
Operating office
Roncadelle (Brescia)
An address you can visit, not a mailbox
Stating plainly where we stop convinces more than a list of capabilities.
Legal & tax advisory
For anyone entering the European market, compliance is not a detail: anti-money laundering, corporate law, taxation. On these fronts European Market Gateway relies on a structured collaboration with Prof. Carmine Ruggiero.

Professor of Banking Law at the University of Naples, lawyer and chartered accountant, head since 1989 of the firm Ruggiero & Associati in Naples, tax judge and author of more than one hundred publications on anti-money laundering, corporate and tax law.
In his own words
I am Carmine Ruggiero, university professor of Banking Law, lecturer in Commercial Law, lawyer and chartered accountant (dottore commercialista). Throughout my career I have combined professional practice with teaching, research and service as a tax judge. I have published more than one hundred works, between monographs and articles, in the fields of anti-money laundering, corporate law and tax law. It is a path that has allowed me to look at legal questions also in their economic and accounting implications.
Since 1989 I have headed the firm Ruggiero & Associati in Naples. I deal mainly with banking law, anti-money laundering, corporate and tax law, business crisis and advisory work for companies and public bodies. I am also President of the Comparative Commercial Law Commission of the Naples Bar Association.
One area to which I have devoted particular attention is anti-money laundering. I have worked on it in professional advisory practice, in teaching and in research, examining both the obligations of operators and the evolution of the legislation. On these subjects I have published a book, edited a volume on the role of professionals and written several academic contributions.
I teach Banking Law at the University of Naples and I have taught Commercial Law in the postgraduate schools for the legal professions of the Federico II University of Naples and the Aldo Moro University of Bari. University teaching is, for me, a way of connecting the study of the rules with the problems that emerge in practice.
In 2019 I was appointed, following a public competitive examination, tax judge at the Tax Justice Court of first instance of Padua. My path in tax justice also includes subsequent appointments to Courts of second instance.
Finally, I am a registered journalist and the Editor of Unicavisione, the review of the chartered accountants of the Vesuvian area. Through editorial work, too, I cultivate my interest in the analysis and dissemination of legal and economic topics.

FAQ
It is the first thing we put in writing. The customer list is shared with you and the exit conditions are set in the contract, before any work starts.
No. For many product categories the EU requires a responsible economic operator established in the Union: we can take that role. If volumes later justify a subsidiary, we assess it together.
We coordinate laboratory testing, the technical file and the declaration of conformity with accredited bodies. Conformity remains the manufacturer's responsibility: our job is making sure the documentation is complete and correct before the goods ship.
Entering the EU requires an EORI number, a customs declaration, duty and import VAT. We handle the paperwork and tell you upfront which incoterm makes sense, because it changes who pays and who is liable.
In a warehouse in Europe: the European customer receives in days from a local supplier, not in weeks from overseas. Storage, shipping and returns are on us.
English, every day, with the same person. Website, presentations and sales materials are also available in Chinese. We do not have a native Mandarin speaker on the team: we say so upfront, because it is better known now than discovered later.
It depends on compliance, sector and price. The Readiness Check gives you an estimate on your actual products, not a generic promise.
